One of our clients reached out with a concern about their transparent flip-top candy box. The problem they faced was that the lid could not stay in place—whether it was fully open or slightly closed, the lid was loose and would move freely. They needed a packaging solution that ensured the lid would stay secure at any angle and would not shift during movement.

We addressed this issue by redesigning the flip-top lid mechanism, allowing it to securely stay in place, even when the box is shaken. The final product is FDA & LFGB compliant, made from food-grade plastic, and features a highly transparent design that showcases the candy or product beautifully.
